Welcome to the Condominiums at Sandy Pines. Our Condominium Association consists of 27 buildings/54 units and is managed by homeowners. We provide lawn and landscape maintenance, snow removal, trash removal, and water and septic services. Each home is equipped with central air and gas fireplaces, and there are five distinct home designs, each uniquely customized. 

We are tucked away in the woodlands of West Michigan and surrounded by thousands of acres of farmland. Our condo association is an extension of Sandy Pines Recreational Community, an engaging RV resort & campground featuring more than 800 acres of family fun and amenities that include a private lake, an 18-hole golf course, fitness room, miniature golf, nature trails, playgrounds, beaches, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board courts and activities such as boating, skiing, fishing, weekly co-ed softball games, fireworks celebrations, golf cart parades, etc. The primary mode of transportation during the warmer months is by golf cart.  

We foster a vibrant social atmosphere; a TON of activities and we always warmly welcome visitors and newcomers.
